Tropical White Sangria
A few friends have pointed out that we haven't posted a new cocktail recipe in a long time. Well, let's remedy that. This is a blend of white wine, rum, tropical fruit and juices. It isn't really a traditional sangria, but it tastes great. This is a recipe for a pitcher or a really big glass.

Chair by Missouri Artist, Mary Andeline
Ingredients
1 bottle of sparkling white wine (my preference is a vinho verde)
1/3 cup of white rum
1/4 cup mango juice
1/4 cup pineapple juice
1 cup of diced mango
20 white grapes, halved
1/2 cup diced pineapple
Preparation
Place the prepared fruit in the bottom of a pitcher. Add the mango and pineapple juice. Stir in the rum and white wine. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours for the flavors to marry. Pour over ice in individual glasses. You can also optionally garnish with more sliced fruit.
